Field level help option in vTiger

Did you get a feedback from your client to have more help option to understand more info about Module field OR validation rules in vTiger ?

We have solution for that in #vtiger so it’s easy for end user to understand validation rules and purpose of the fields.

We implemented feature called “Field Level Help” to display tooltip with field info and description of the field. There is an option in Field management in module manager.

Based on settings of the Help value against field it will display in module when user mouseover on help icon.
