Asterisk Integration with WebPhone : <\/strong> It\u2019s been long awaited request from community to have standard platform for vTiger to integrated with asterisk using webphone inside CRM. so its not required to have Softphone to be manage separately. We will keep posted on latest updates on this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Multi Instance vTiger CRM Implementation : <\/strong> Team have been busy implementing multi instance CRM for vTiger.
