The CRMTiger team recently managed to add an option for file attachment to email templates and inside workflow emails.<\/p>\n

This feature helps users avoid attaching files every time they send an email to a customer, either from a lead, contact, or organization.<\/p>\n

The same option is available for selecting an email template inside the workflow, which will automatically capture files attached to email templates.<\/p>\n
