There were a lot of obstacles and stumbling blocks on the way to achieving these milestones, but without the support of customers and partners, it\u2019s never possible to achieve this target.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our journey was challenging, from starting to <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.crmtiger.vtigercrm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">10,000+ Downloads<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #00acef;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Our path to success passed through failure!!!<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/crmtiger.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/check.png\" alt=\"\" \/> <strong>2014 :<\/strong> We started building mobile apps in 2014, but we failed because of the lack of app experience!!!<\/li>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/crmtiger.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/check.png\" alt=\"\" \/> <strong>2016 :<\/strong> We tried again in 2016, but we failed to meet customer&#8217;s expectations and got a lot of negative reviews.<\/li>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/crmtiger.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/check.png\" alt=\"\" \/> <strong>2017 :<\/strong> Tried again in 2017 by considering resolution of all problems but again failed due to lack of good UI experience.<\/li>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/crmtiger.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/check.png\" alt=\"\" \/> <strong>2018 :<\/strong> We got nervous and decided not to continue on building apps, but then in 2018 we realized that without mobile app features, nobody will sustain in the market.
