Opportunity name = Subject of email.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\">2. Contact Name = Contact name in crm depending on the email , if there are no records in contact then it will create one.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\">3. Description = Previous Description + \u00a0Body of the email<\/p>\n<p>2.
