With Version 7, we made the CRM simpler and smarter. vTiger 7 brings a new UI, new features, and several enhancements of existing features. Here is a quick overview of what you can find in vTiger 7.
New UI:
vTiger CRM is one application used by different teams in your business. Sales, Support, & Marketing team members all use Vtiger for doing their functions. Salesreps zone in on Opportunities and Quotes, while Marketing managers work on Leads, Campaigns, Email Campaigns, Marketing Lists, ..etc. Support team members want to see a prioritized list of Support issues that need to be tackled. And they usually don’t trespass into each others areas. But, when they see a Customer record, each user wants to see all of the interactions with the company.
We kept this in mind when designing the Vtiger 7 UI. Our goal was to show what is relevant to the user, while allowing them to navigate to any area of the product in one click.
