Multitenant/Hosted/Subscription based CRM development using vTiger 6.1

CRMTiger team work on one of the Biggest project which include the development of the multitenant CRM application integrated with vTiger 6.1.

The idea of the project is to sell CRM based on per user license for the selected package

This CRM has 3 main part:

1. Marketing website

2. Subscription/Hosted CRM

3. Admin panel to manage CRM instance of all users/company

Feature implemented in the Multitenant/Hosted/Subscription based CRM:

(1) Feature in marketing website:

• Home page dashboard with package selection option
• 30 days Free trial registration
• Integration with CRM system to manage each company specific CRM
• Package selection and registration
• Multi-lingual package support
• Auto invoice to users email for payment based on the subscription period
• selection.

(2) Feature in CRM:

• Dynamically creation of the Multitenant model
• Single application source and multiple database concept development
• Upgrade / Downgrade subscription
• Add-ons management (users, features, modules etc..)
• Separation of the document and other repository for each company
• High security data management

(3) Feature in Admin panel:

• Login with admin panel to review total registered users for the day
• Create new CRM instance from admin (same as from marketing website)
• Manage users for each CRM
• Add /Update features(module) for each CRM instance
• Email template management
• Auto Invoicing feature (option to send monthly invoice for subscribed user)
