Fix of Import Module vTiger 6.5 on PHP 7.2 Default Not Working
The CRMTiger Team has been working on various updates in vTiger for many years.
Recently, the CRMTiger team added customization to the vTiger reporting module, which covers sorting options inside the vTiger Report chart.
vTiger offers various charts in the report:
- Pie-Chart
- Bar Chart
- Line charts
We’ve implemented a sorting option for labels and values in the chart, so users can sort reports on labels as well as on values inside the chart.
How does this feature work?
In Report -> Chart Report, there is an option in the first step to set the following values:
- Sort On: Option to select label or value
- Sorting Direction: Option to Ascend or Descend Chart Values
On selection of “Ascending” in report it will display Chart as per the picture below
On selection of “Descending” in report it will display Chart as per the picture below
