Customers in the USA and other countries in the West are always familiar with the date formats of “MM/DD/YY” and “MM/DD/YYYY” This means adding “/” in date format instead of “-”.
CRMTiger found some glitches in the vTiger CE version that display an incorrect date on the popup calendar when the user accesses CRM 1-2 hours prior to the next date. It means between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM on their local time.
“Sometime some problems in technology hammer our brains, and it continues until it’s solved.”
vTiger Customer Portal Login with an HTTPS URL sometimes does not work for some customers. The CRMTiger expert team fixed this problem by spending a lot of time referring to the “NUSOAP” library and all.
