Last month, in September, the CRMTiger Team released version 1.3.14, which will be liked by many partners and customers.- In the next version of CRMTiger Apps, we are going to release 1.3.15 with some of the major features.

New Extension Launch:
- Multiple user assignment: The CRMTiger team implemented multiple user assignment extensions to assign records to more than one user. This extension is available at our extension store.

1. Telecom CRM: The CRMTiger Team is about to sign an agreement with a Somalia-based telecom service provider company to build Telecom CRM to manage the entire retail telecom operation.
2. vTiger WhatsApp integration upcoming updates: The CRMTiger team is working on updates to WhatsApp extensions with the following support.

- Support multiple WhatsApp assignments for the user so one user can manage multiple WhatsApp numbers to support customers.
- CRMTiger is also working on a WhatsApp bot to automate WhatsApp conversations.
