CRMTiger Mobile Apps

The CRMTiger Team will release an updated version of the CRMTiger Mobile Apps for version 1.3.14 in August 2021. It will cover some of the important future events, such as

- Route planner updates
- GEO code feature
- Push notification improvement
- Report & Analytics feature updates

New Extension Launch

- List view color: Based on demand from customers, the CRMTiger team released a List view color extension for vTiger live on the store. We offer a 10% discount (coupon code: CRMTiger10) on the extension.
- Multiple user assignment: The CRMTiger team implemented multiple user assignment extensions to assign records to more than one user. This extension will be available shortly in our extension store.
- Google, Office 365, and Outlook Add-ins: The CRMTiger team is very close to launching an extension for Google, Office 365, and OutLook very soon. It will cover the following major features:.

- Email Synchronization
- Calendar synchronization
- Contacts synchronization
- Office 365 extension: Office 365 is Live on Microsoft store, The team is now working on these extensions, which will be available very soon in our extension store.

CRMTiger continues to add partners to leverage reach with real customers from various regions.

- The CRMTiger team recently organized a webinar on the future of CRM with a partner from Peru.

New Updates & Implementation:
1. Telephony Multi-Tenant CRM Implementation: The CRMTiger Team signed an agreement with a Vietnam-based telephony company to build CallCenter CRM as a subscription-based model for their end customers. CRMTiger and Vietnam Telecom agreed to deliver this project in various phases to cover all requirements.
2. vTiger WhatsApp Integration: The CRMTiger team released the latest update of WhatsApp extensions with the following support:.
- Support the use of multiple WhatsApp numbers to scan and assign to multiple users to share a common WhatsApp number.
- Add more analytics to WhatsApp.
