The CRMTiger team solved the vTiger default error for email track access when mail was sent from the workflow for vTiger 6.5.

Old Code:

$trackURL = “$site_URL/modules/Emails/actions/TrackAccess.php?record=$entityId&mailid=$emailId&app_key=$application_unique_key”;

New Code:

$trackURL = “$site_URL/modules/Emails/actions/TrackAccess.php?record=$emailId&parentId=$entityId&applicationKey=$application_unique_key”;
