We implemented this feature for one of the customer who wants this feature so it will helpful them to get more sales and increase efficiency of the sales staff.
Feature implemented for call tracker:
- Hide number from the sales agent until it has been clicked so initially it will display as “9xxxx”.
- Record date and time when number has been clicked(system will consider the call time for that) and it will keep showing actual number.
- If admin change the dialed number with another number than it will again display as “9xxxx”.
