Email Tracking Plugin for VTiger tracks emails sent from records or emails sent through workflow. Email tracking plugins give information on the “number of times emails are opened by customers.” That allows you to trigger follow-up notifications (e-mails to customers or notifications to VTiger agents) based upon the time or date the email was opened.
