It’s our pleasure to announce you that we recently implement leads generation from Email using Email convertor feature for the vTiger. vTiger default email convertor doesn’t have the leads generation.

Following feature was implement to parse email and generate leads based on the requirement.
1. Parse support email using IMAP Utility of the PHP and grab following details.
- Email body
- Email subject
- Customer Email
2. Generate Leads and add the details parse from email in the specific field of the Leads.
3. Send welcome email or company profile to lead prospect automatically using the workflow setup.
