Service Type 3: Installation and Customize existing vTiger® CRM on Client’s premises

  • At CRMTiger we have expert team who work with individual client’s as per his requirement.
  • CRMTiger charge 500$/Month to the client as part of the AMC

Below mentioned are the list of activities involve in the AMC:
Backup existing system

  • Manage errors in existing system
  • Technical help to client’s sales team
  • Basic level administration customization

**Changes or Enhancement will not be considered in AMC.

Resource timing:
  • Allocated resource will work on 10:00 AM IST to 7:00 PM IST
  • Working hours: 8 hours a day
  • Working Day : Monday to Friday
Service Type 5: Hourly Package

At CRMTiger we offers Dedicated Hourly Package Model for our valuable customers.

List of Hourly Package:

1. 16 hours

Expiration Time : 4 Weeks from Start Date

Price – 320 USD (@ 20$/hr)

2. 24 hours

Expiration Time : 9 Weeks from Start Date

Price – 432 USD (@ 18$/hr)

3. 40 hours

Expiration Time : 16 Weeks from Start Date

Price – 600 USD (@ 15$/hr)

Important Note:

1. Turnaround time would be 48 hours on receiving request.

2. Team will start work once receiving the Full payment of the package

3. We will sign an agreement with the company for types of work

Resource timing:
  • Monday to Friday [ 10:00 AM to 07:30 PM (IST OR GMT+5.30) ]
  • Hours / week : 40 Hours
  • Hours / Month : 160 hours
  • Holiday : Sunday and Indian National Holidays
