  • Each agent logs in with their user and sets up a phone extension to receive calls on their extension.
  • Agents can see incoming popups from CRM to view caller information.
  • Popup is designed with the latest technology, so you have the you have the option to close the popup or add lead/contact info instantly from the popup itself.

Asterisk connector for vTiger® agent manager view:

  • Each manager of an agent can see a detailed report of calls.
  • A manager can view call recordings from a specific lead or contact.
  • Filter recording by date, by agent, and also by call duration.


CRMTiger Asterisk connector vs. vTiger® Asterisk connector

  • Asterisk connector from vTiger is built on the Java platform using an AGI script, which doesn’t have an option to modify the Java code of the asterisk connector.
  • Asterisk connector from CRMTiger is built on the PHP platform using an AMI call, which has the option to modify the code if the customer facing any problems. (The source code is proprietary to CRM Tiger.)
  • vTiger Asterisk connector has less number of capturing of call lifecycle events.
  • The CRMTiger Asterisk connector covers the majority of call lifecycle events.
