Client Profile :
The company has been a provider of forklift services since January 1989. The company is the official distributor of the biggest forklift manufacturers. Since the beginning of operation, they have sold, leased, rented, and provided repair and maintenance services to both new and used forklifts and related logistics vehicles and machinery.
Requirement :
The company needed a CRM system to manage leads, opportunities, and inventory of stock to manage buy, sell, and rent forklifts. The company also wants to manage the status of third party forklifts that are under service.
Their business specific requirement was
  • Manage each forklift, battery, and charger with a serial number separately.
  • Send a quotation and sell the forklift along with the battery and charger as a bundle.
  • Track and manage parts and attachments interchanged between forklifts.
  • Maintain the history of a forklift, including maintenance, services, repairs, and part replacements.
  • Manage inventory, including forklifts available for sale or rent, rented and not available for sale or rent, booked for free trial use and not available, and in transit between two warehouses or branches.
