- Performance improvement by changing data structure.
- Auto assignment of WhatsApp message to sender/receiver
- Mass messages control management

- WhatsApp Web Chrome Extension : CRMTiger team build another extension to be work with web.whatsapp.com directly from Google Chrome. It’s available on Google Chrome extensions here

- Convert WhatsApp number to Prospect in CRM
- Add various CRM operation directly from Web.WhatsApp
- Create Tickets / Leads from Web.WhatsApp
- Copy group’s participants directly from Web.WhatsApp to Leads/contacts
Office365 OAuth for vTiger Mail convertor:
Office365 discontinue access of basic authentication to avoid security risk. Because of that many of the customer’s Mail convertor of vTiger stop working because they’re using Basic Authentication to Login to Office365 account. Now mailconvertor works only with Office365 OAuth authentication, So CRMTiger team launch new patch for customers using Office365 account to connect their mailbox using OAuth.

New Extension Under Development:
- Google & Office Suite : CRMTiger Team working hard to offer this extensions to the customer who are using Google and Office365 as their core email tools. This extension already available in our store but based on customer’s feedback team is working on updated version of the extensions. It will be available shortly on our store.

- Google Chrome extension to Sync email from Gmail to vTiger

Ongoing customer project implementation…
It’s our honour to update you that the CRMTiger team achieved a milestone of a few projects.
- CRMTiger team implemented support of CRMTiger Mobile Apps to Subscription base Multi-tenant system.
- CRMTiger team got new project from Software Company having more than 1300+ Team to manage their sales team. Project is under development and we will keep you posted about new features and function implementation.
- CRMTiger Tam launch White Label mobile Apps for customer from Israel, here is the details about Released Apps,
New updates & Implementation:
- Telecom CRM : CRMTiger Team continuously working on Telecom CRM implementation for Somalia based Telecom Service provider company to build Telecom CRM to manage entire retail telecom operation
