For example :
If you have a spreadsheet with a list of the organization record with “primary phone” as the key field and a spreadsheet with a list of the contact record with “home phone” as the key field,.
In the above scenario, if you want to import records in the contact module to link related fields of the organization module by considering phone number as a key field, our solution will be useful for you.
We added one more step in the import record step to match the primary and secondary module key fields as above.
It is very useful for those users with multiple spreadsheets with different key fields, as some companies have SSN#, Phone#, etc. key fields.
Below is a live example of the test import.
1. An organization record list with data.
2. Import contact, where “office phone” is the key field to map with the primary phone of the company.
3. Settings in step #2 above will link organizations as related fields in the contact’s record.
